Local Gem: Bomb Beauty

Have you checked out this local gem called Bomb Beauty? Y’all I am trying to get out of my comfort zone. And by my comfort zone, I mean house. It’s not easy, but some places are just worth it. Bomb Beauty is definitely one of those places.

It’s a makeup and beauty goods treasure box with massive amounts of positive bad betch energy. The beautiful owner, Gloria, gives home to many other local small businesses and guys – my heart bursts. Women supporting women. YESSSSS HUNNY!

Makeup on makeup on… 

Bomb Beauty carries the cutest eyeshadow palettes, contour palettes, and lippies. Y’all know what a lippie junkie I am. Balms, scrubs, lipsticks, lip glosses and lip mattes. It’s absolute heaven. They’re also like false lash headquarters (you can find local brand, Evy Lash & Co.) and as a recent false lash convert… this is magical. I love makeup, but I’m not nearly cool enough to wear some of the bold and gorgeous eye makeup they carry so I stick to the more boring subtle colors.

Local hyping up local

I love everything about this place, but what really, REALLY gets me is the skincare goodies they carry. They carry other local brands like Good Morning Kiss, Hippie Girl and many other women owned and small businesses. I love me a good skincare routine and trying out new things. I’ve tried both these lines and they are permanents in my medicine cabinet. If I support local business while working on making my face fabulous, you bet your a** I will.

Oh, did I mention this bad ass beauty spot also has a salon? BECAUSE IT DOES! I haven’t made my appointment yet, again, because I just don’t feel cool enough… but I will.

Bomb Beauty almost always has something going down on the weekend. They hosted Evy Lash & Co.‘s 1st birthday & lash class and recently hosted a fundraiser for an awesome group within our community. She IS good and DOES good.
